Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours before your travel date for a full refund; between 48 and 12 hours, 50% is refunded; inside 12 hours or a no-show, no refund is payable. Where a tour sets a different window it is stated on this page and shown before you pay. To reschedule instead, contact us and we will move the booking subject to availability. What if the trip is cancelled?
If a trip cannot run — weather, a road or park closure, or an operator-side issue — we contact you and offer an alternative date or an equivalent experience. If neither suits, you are refunded in full for that trip, however close to the travel date it happens.

Check your spam/promotions folder first. You can look up your booking and re-download the voucher anytime from the Find My Booking page, or contact us and we'll resend it right away.
