Delivery & Download Policy

1. What you receive

Everything sold on Aminrja is a travel service booked online — a tour, guided experience, transfer or rail journey. No physical goods are shipped and no courier or postal delivery is involved. What you receive is a booking confirmation and travel voucher (PDF) by email, plus a GST invoice. The inclusions, duration, reporting point and departure options for each trip are stated on its tour page before you book.

2. Delivery method & time

On successful payment we send a confirmation email to the address you provide at checkout. That email contains your travel voucher as an attachment and a secure download link for each trip you booked. Please enter your email address carefully — it is where your purchase is delivered.

3. Accessing & re-downloading your voucher

• Your download access is tied to your booking number and does not expire — you can retrieve your voucher at any time, before or after the travel date.
• You can re-download your voucher from the link in your confirmation email, or by visiting Find My Booking and entering your booking number.
• If any detail of your booking changes — a revised reporting time or pick-up point, for example — we email you an updated voucher at no charge.

4. Did not receive your email?

If your voucher has not arrived within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please:

• Check your Spam / Promotions folder and search for your order number.
• Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
• Use Find My Booking to look up your booking and re-send your voucher.
• Still stuck? Contact us at hello@aminrja.com with your order number and we will resend your voucher promptly, typically within one business day.

5. Service availability

Because delivery is digital, you can book from anywhere in India with no PIN-code restrictions. A valid email address and a working internet connection are all that is required to receive your voucher. Whether a particular tour operates in your chosen city is shown on its tour page.

6. Technical requirements

Your travel voucher is a standard PDF that opens on virtually any device — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop — using a free PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive, Apple Books, or your browser). No special software or subscription is needed.
