References to "we", "us" and "our" mean AMINIRJA TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED. References to "you" and "your" mean the user of the Website and/or the person making a booking through the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and our Delivery & Download Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order with us. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All product descriptions, photographs and stock status displayed on the Website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify product specifications or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. The final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes, is displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm your booking. No shipping or delivery charge is levied.
We do not engage in misleading discount practices. Any "original price" shown against a tour reflects its standard published rate before a promotional offer.
Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until that confirmation is sent, we may refuse to accept your order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
We accept the following methods of payment:
All bookings are prepaid online by UPI. Cash on Delivery is not offered, as no physical goods are supplied and every booking is confirmed and delivered electronically. The full amount payable, inclusive of applicable GST, is shown to you on the checkout page before you authorise the payment; no convenience, handling or delivery fee is added.
UPI payments are processed end-to-end through the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card or banking credentials on our systems. If an amount is debited but no booking confirmation is generated, the transaction is treated as unsuccessful and is reversed by your bank, ordinarily within 5–7 business days.
We supply travel services booked online. No physical goods are shipped, couriered or delivered to an address, and no shipping charge is levied. On successful payment, your booking confirmation and travel voucher are delivered electronically as a PDF to the email address entered at checkout, ordinarily within a few minutes. Your voucher can be re-downloaded at any time from Find My Booking using your booking number.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct, working email address and mobile number. The travel service itself is rendered on the date, at the time and at the location stated on your voucher. Full details are set out in our Delivery & Download Policy.
As we supply travel services and not physical goods, returns and exchanges do not apply. Bookings may instead be cancelled: free of charge more than 48 hours before the travel date, with cancellation charges applying inside that window, and no refund for a no-show. Individual tours may carry stricter operator terms, which are stated on the tour page and shown to you before payment. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without our prior written consent.
If you submit a review, comment or any other content to the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce such content in connection with the Website and our marketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any product purchased from the Website is limited to the amount paid by you for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, internet failures, pandemics, or actions of government authorities.
We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended version will be effective from the date it is posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madhya Pradesh.
